“When a group tour opens, we will notify you no later than 15 days before the tour date selected.

If less people reserve the tour than required, the tour may be subject to a date modification proposal. You may also book any tour as a private tour on any other date if it fits within your traveling time frame. Prices vary accordingly. If you are lodged outside of Tulum, there is an additional cost of 15USD per person from Playa del Carmen and 25 USD per person from Cancun for specific tours. Payments are accepted in cash the day of the tour or through our website no later than 4 days before the tour date, only after a reservation deposit is already made. A full refund is available up to 72 hours before the tour.

However, there are no refunds on the deposit if cancelled 72 hours before the tour date. In the case of cancellation due to weather conditions or any major event, a change of date will be offered or a full refund will apply if requested.”
